Shocked to find herself pregnant
Can I just add in an e-mail I received, from a woman named Suzanne...
Who was shocked to find herself pregnant at the age of 48 years old!
She is already the mother of five children, her oldest child was 28 years old!
It was totally unplanned, they were not trying to get pregnant.
So it was definitely a shock!

I adore these stories of being pregnant older moms. In Nov 2012 I found myself pregnant at 48 with my 7th child. I was already a grandma. Now I was a pregnant grandma, which I didn't mind at all, just an idea to get used to. My DH and I decided last year to try to make a baby sibling for the toddler to be close in age. We miscarried at 9 weeks in the summer. A week after the new year we found out that we are expecting baby # 8 to arrive in July! I'm actually really excited about joining the younger generation in being pregnant these last few years. It's kinda cool and interesting. I know a woman who had a baby last year around this time who was also in her 50's. I think it's a heroic age group to bear children. I always root for the "pregnant beyond 50" stories. I think it's fantastic. Keep 'em coming please!
I have a grandma that wants to get pregnant she's 56 years old and wears diapers because she can't control her bladder. Anyone think she can get pregnant?
