Just over 16 weeks pregnant at 44
Just joining in myself at 44 and just over 16 weeks. I know I am not eating as well as I could be nor exercising as much as I should.
This looks like a great site to give me some structure and motivation.
I just told my family recently (except my sister who has known for a while). They are all happy for us (my first, my husband’s third) - I am sure a bit worried - but so far all looks good.
Have not yet told the rest of the world - am hoping to get the all clear from my amnio within the next few days, and then I'll start telling people.
Good luck and healthy pregnancies to all of you.
