TODAY'S BOOK SUGGESTION:
Green Tea in the Woman's World - Green Tea and Fertility
by Vida C. Marcele
-- Water is the number one drink in the world, but tea is the second most popular. At the rate green tea is going, it may become the most often drunk of all the teas.
The antioxidants that green tea provides have helped increase the popularity of green tea in North America and around the world.
New studies of the medicinal benefits of green tea and a focus in American society on being healthier and fighting obesity has led to a surge in the popularity of green tea.
In addition, aging baby boomers are focusing on being healthy later in life and looking for ways to prevent common health problems like heart disease and cancer.
Today the question is: what is green tea's role in the woman's world? What does green tea do for fertility levels?
Should a pregnant woman drink more green tea in order to be healthier during the term of the pregnancy? What about when she is breastfeeding?

Funny Old World....
I am 46.5 months and 5 weeks pregnant.
I had my first child at 42 conceived naturally at 41, and after 6 months wanted to try again as soon as I could....
Well after consulting all sorts of specialists, both medical and different alternative practitioners, when I did not get pregnant after 6 months, I gave up on any treatment and then went on to I conceive naturally at 44 but miscarried at 7 weeks then at 45 I conceived but again miscarried at 7 weeks.
Both miscarriages, were heartbreaking, painful emotionally and physically. Then as I turned 46, I began to face the reality of just having the one gorgeous little boy, who starts school in Spetember 2012, as I let go I began to feel the freedom that him starting school would give me and I let go.... let go of wanting something desperately, let go of the longing and was very grateful for all I had.
But looks like nature has the last laugh, pregnant at 46 !!!! Ok I have a long way to go, but my symptoms are very strong and I felt them before I had even noticed I had missed my period and I have a very strange feeling that this one may be here to stay!
Will let you know how it goes - either way life does not ever fail to amaze me and remind me that science and medicine really do not have all the answers, there is still a power greater and stronger than we comprehend.
Herbs and spiritual ways of getting pregnant,i gave birth to my first born(twins) at 51 and i waited over 17 years of no pregnancy, the doctor told me i can never get pregnant because i had some medical problems when i was young and my story changed when i read about a powerful woman online, she helped me with a herb.
