I thought I'd post this here...I was talking to someone yesterday (I didn't even tell her I was trying to get pregnant), she told me her mother had her last child at the age of 47.
She thought she was going through menopause but she was 4 months pregnant !!
No, she didn't use fertility drugs - this woman I was talking to was in her upper 40's and she was talking about how her mother had her last child at the age of 47, she thought she was going through menopause because she didn't get her period, but she was pregnant.
I don't think fertility drugs were even invented back then.
It seems the more you talk with people about this, the more stories you hear.
