Healthy baby born at 44 and a half
My sister-in-law conceived at nearly 43 and her baby was born when she was 43 and 9 months -- I lost count but it was probably their 6th or 7th IVF/ICSI [in vitro fertilization/ Intracytoplasmic sperm injection] attempt (one prior pregnancy ended in a loss).
I conceived at 40+ and my son was born just after my 41st birthday (3rd IVF/ICSI attempt, including one cancelled cycle).
I have a friend who conceived naturally at 43+ and her healthy baby was born when she was 44 and a half.
All stories are with "own eggs". Hope they give you some hope!
