While ago I posted about my husband's friend, he's 50 his wife is 45. After years of trying with no luck. she got pregnant and then had a miscarriage. They were devastated. But then she got pregnant again with no assistance.
Well.....sometime between late Monday night and Tuesday morning she delivered a healthy baby girl.
This was her first, she had no help, even after the miscarriage. She probably wouldn't even know what FSH is. Ahhhh.....the sweet innocence of not hearing that sentence thrown at you.
It will happen, for all of us. Dream like a little child and live those dreams like they are real. However it eventually happens, I figure if you take your mind there, your body will eventually follow. Here's to keeping the dream alive.

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
