Me 46, my husband just turned 50

We breathed a sigh of relief when our daughter seemed to get through the twos so easily, but then her sister arrived when she was 2.5 years old, and it really hit us hard.

Now she is 3.5 years old, it all seems so be so much calmer. They are playing together and laughing is so much better. Grace is 3.5 years old, Isabella just 1 year old, and Me 46.

Wouldn't change it for the world, and my husband just turned 50...

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
