I am pregnant with my fourth child and a surprise sort of. My first is turning 30 and my second is turning 27 in June. My 3rd is turning 3 years, and then I am pregnant 7 weeks. I have just turned 46, and my husband turned 49.
I am still nursing 4-5 times a day, and hope to continue to through this pregnancy. People usually guess me at about 35- 38 years not just because of my looks, but because of my vitality. I DO NOT CARE what people say or think I love my children and just try and do my best.
I am very proud of the energy level that I have, and the things I do with my children. We will keep it a secret till about 3-4 months and will not go through any genetic counselling, we will be happy with whatever it is that we get and pray for healthy, happy and beautiful like the other three.

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
