I now think I'm pregnant again at 47 and I'm terrified.. Comforting words please.

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.

Hi, I just found out that I am pregnant and am 47 in Oct. I have 4 kids and am in shock. The only thing is that I don't want another child and I'm battling the inevitable. I have 2 weeks to make up my mind. I think that I'm too old to do this again. I am just feeling freedom again and was ready for the next stage of my life. My 0ldest is 20 and youngest is 9. I am very scared too.
{{hugs}} It must be a scary time for you - to have an unexpected pregnancy and unsure of what to do next.
