My Dr delivered 44 & 46y who both had healthy babies

I also saw a fertility specialist yesterday for the first time. He is seeing more and more women in their 40s and he delivered a 44 and a 46 year old who both had healthy babies last week.

He also told me that he used to prescribe Clomid to older women who are ovulating (which I am) but in 4 years not one of those women conceived on Clomid. They all conceived naturally after Clomid! I left feeling my faith was renewed, and so much less obsessed than I had been feeling.

This is the first doctor I have spoken with who believes in us. In women 40+ who want to conceive. He says... YES WE CAN!

Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
