My bus driver who is very chatty for some reason in the mornings. The other day I thought I was going to miss my train, the bus driver wanted me to run for it. I said I would, except I am preggers and can't really run too much (I did a bit though).
I told her I was also high risk, so did not want to take a chance. She says to me, I don't believe in that. Her mother was 49 and conceived naturally, and then a second one at 51. They are from the Caribbean.
Do you think it makes a difference? She told me she was 41, and would like to give her second husband a baby so at 46, she is going to quit her bus driving job and give him kids. I bet you she will do it too. It seems women from the Caribbean are very fertile.

About Catherine: I am mom to three grown sons, two grandchildren and two rescue dogs. After years of raising my boys as a single mom, I remarried a wonderful man who had never had a child of his own. Unexpectedly, I found myself pregnant at 49!
Sadly we lost that precious baby at 8 weeks, and decided to try again. Five more losses, turned down for donor egg, foster care and adoption due to my age and losses - we have accepted that there will be no more babies in our house.
